LGBTQ+ Affirming

2022 LGBTQ+ Guide of Services and Resources

We are delighted to share with you all a new, free web-app designed for and with LGBTQ+ teens to support their mental health, www.imi.guide.  Developed by CenterLink, Hopelab and the It Gets Better Project, imi includes activities, resources and content intentionally designed to affirm LGBTQ+ youth and help them better cope with stress. imi.guide is accessible to anyone with an Internet-connected device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.). No download or account creation is required. imi was recently tested in a randomized controlled trial and we found promising effects about the tool’s ability to help LGBTQ+ teens better cope and manage stress.
